Phill began his career at Bretton Woods in 2015 as a Lifeguard. After falling in love with the members and staff, he knew that he wanted to grow his professional career at the club. Phill is an active member of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA), serving on both the Board of Directors for the local chapter and national CMAA committees. Phill is working towards his CCM (Certified Club Manager) designation. His favorite thing about Bretton Woods is the casual family environment and the dedication of the staff to creating memories for the members.
